T.I. o posunutí svého alba a Machine Gun Kelly o svém snu ^Featured

T.I. o kterém nebylo dlouho slyšet, po propuštění z vězení makal a dlouho a jak to vypadá tak stále maká. Už dříve oznámil, že hodlá po dlouhé době vydat album s příznačným názvem "Trouble Man" na 4. září, ale prý to bohužel nestíhá. Alespoň tuto informaci nedávno poskytl při interview s MTV, kdy momentálně vybírá přibližně z 86 songů, avšak se podle jeho slov prý do konce roku určitě vydání dočkáme.

“Me being the perfectionist that I am, I’m still tweaking and fine-tuning, trying to perfect all parts of this project. I did, like, 124 songs, and I’ve narrowed it down to 86 now, so now I have to continue to narrow down and continue to make it better...I'm not trying to paint myself into a corner with a date. I’m trying to make sure that the project is the absolute best it could be, and I’m trying to get it down by the end of the year."

Obdobná čekací lhůta bude nejspíše i u Machine Gun Kellyho (MGK). Od doby, kdy byl upsán pod Bad Boy Records, jeho fanoušci jsou velmi nedočkaví co se týká jeho debutového alba, které se má jmenovat Lace Up. Už dřív se mu povedlo vykvákat, že mezi hosty bude třeba Tech N9ne, Bun B, avšak překvápko pro nás je, že na jeho albu uslyšíme i Lil Jona. MGK s Lil Jonem budou na tracku, po kterém se jmenuje samotné album... "Lace Up".

"The song me and Lil Jon got on there is called 'Lace Up.' I've never made a song called 'Lace Up,' and I was like, 'Fuck it, I've got to do one. When Lil Jon came into the studio, I was like, 'You're not getting on the song [that will be] the anthem of my movement if you don't truly understand this,' and we sat there for about an hour and I ran through countless amounts of fan tattoos with 'Lace Up' on them, countless amounts of show footage, countless amounts of messages from fans. Dude was like, 'Yo, this is real' - towards the point where he was like 'I've gotta get on this song.' We did it, and it's the real Lil Jon you want to hear on it. It's something where we were like, 'Should we take this to radio…nah, radio wouldn't understand it'…but my fans, when they hear it, they'll [love it]."

MGK se taky rozkecal o jeho snu a to udělat track se samotným Eminemem. Navzdory tomu, že řekl, že nikdy neměl možnost se s Emem sejít, tak práce s ním by byla úžasná tak jako s DMX.
“That would be a fan favorite if an MGK-Eminem song ever went down. Best rapper alive in my opinion. The DMX-MGK thing was a dream collaboration...if those two [DMX and Eminem] could be knocked off, I won’t have any more on my bucket list really.”
